Seymour Group’s heritage listed office/retail asset in the Queen Street Mall has been snapped up for $29.5M. The eight level building at 180 Queen Street was acquired by a joint venture between Abacus Property Group and Heitman LCC, a multinational real estate firm headquartered in Chicago. The 92 year old property comprises 1,358sqm of retail space taken up by Country Road and the National Australia Bank and 2,207sqm of refurbished office space. Seymour Group purchased the property in 2009 for $22M.
