8.6 You have the option to not identify yourself or using a pseudonym when dealing with us. This does not apply when:
• we are required or authorised under law or a court/tribunal order to deal with individuals who have identified themselves; and
• it is impracticable for us to deal with individuals who have not identified themselves or used a pseudonym.

11 Notifiable Data Breaches scheme

in accordance with the Act.

Our Privacy Officer will investigate the complaint and determine whether a breach has occurred and what action, if any, to take.
12.2 Seymour Group will take any privacy complaint seriously and will aim to resolve any such complaint in a timely and efficient manner, and our target response time is 30 days.
12.3 Seymour Group expects our procedures will deal fairly and promptly with your complaint. However, if you remain dissatisfied, you can also make a formal complaint with the OAIC (which is the regulator responsible for privacy in Australia).
