Commonwealth Property Office Fund announced it has entered into an unconditional contract to sell 300 Queen Street, Brisbane in Queensland. The transaction has been negotiated with a private investor at a sale price of $110.0m representing an initial yield of 8.35% and a 16.7% discount to the 31 March 2009 valuation of $132.0m. The sale will result in the Fund no longer having any assets in Brisbane, Queensland. Settlement is expected by 31 July 2009.
