Seymour Gets Approval for Bowen Hills Commercial Tower

The Urban Development Authority has announced the Seymour Group’s successful development application for the 22 storey development at 58-66 Abbotsford Road. It is the first commercial DA approved by the UKDA in the Bowen Hills Urban Land Development Area. The project will feature approximately 3,500sqm of retail NLA on the ground level and 35,000sqm of commercial NLA above with average floor plates of 2,000sqm.
