- Kevin Seymour built his fortune on the back of smart property deals, and even as he leaves the market he’s still at it.
His company has doubled its money in 14 months on the Red Cross office building at 480 Queen Street in Brisbane’s CBD, selling it this week for $32 million to APH Properties and the Anthony Moreton Group.
