The development consists of 3 stages totalling 10.5ha and is contained within a larger 19 hectares of prime land above Hastings Street on Noosa Hill.
Stages 1 & 2 delivered 8 standalone houses and 23 Villas all pre sold and completed on time and budget. The third and largest stage comprised of a resort village with 192 Villas and apartments, conference centre, health spa, restaurant and bar in 11 separate buildings.
The project was completed in 2010.
Stages 1 & 2 of the project won the National UDIA award for the best medium density residential project in Australia for 2007.
Following the stage 3 development approval the interest in the project was on sold.
